Christmas 2009 we had 18 inches of snow a week before..which progressively
melted. The fillies had never seen this kind of snow and had to be stalled the first few days due to ice and very deep
snow drifts. When they got out of the barn they ran around and did not know what to do with the snow. Halo was
pawing through to try and find grass, gave up and just ate snow. And of course little sister Chloe did the same.
They were pretty smart about finding their footing and not falling down. Nacho, the Corgi, could barely move in it the
day I took the pictures. His legs are too short!
